When considering the golfing community that might work best for you it's important to consider the size of the community. Glenwild is around 200 buildable parcels, Victory Ranch in the 350 range, Tuhaye can be about double the size of Victory, and Promontory will be about double the size of Tuhaye. These communities have continued to grow, expand, and improve over the past decades. You can expect continued improvements in amenities and the golfing experience in the years to come.

This community is known as the most "true golf" experience of all the golf communities in Park City. While other second-home communities have continued to add additional amenities, Glenwild has remained true to golf.
Golf Digest has recognized Glenwild as the best golf course in Utah. Tom Fazio designed the 7,541-yard, par-71 course which is surrounded by custom homes with a mountain feel.
JEREMY RANCH

The Red Ledges golf course is 18 holes. There are plans for a short course nine-hole. The golf course is a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The clubhouse features a restaurant, pro shop, and swim and fitness.
The master plan calls for nearly 1,200 homes and a recreational focused community. Out of the 1,200 homes, they'll only be 400 golf memberships, so there will be some owners that don't have golfing rights. But they can still have a social membership.
TUHAYE / TALISKER

Tuhaye's master plan is built around an 18-hole golf course designed by Mark O'Meara as well as the spectacular views of the Timpanogos Mountains.
The neighborhood offers luxury townhomes and custom homes that can sit on up to seven acres of land and range in size from approximately 2,000 to 8,500 square feet and have a wide variety of mountain architectural finishes.
Forbes Magazine has rated Tuhaye as the top 12 private communities in America. If 7,800 yards isn’t enough for you then you’ll have plenty to do with the Talisker membership including skiing and boating.

VICTORY RANCH

Wohali offers the first golf course community in the Park City area in several decades. The property provides a great adventure and endless outdoor possibilities. The community sits on 5,417 acres, primarily focused on golf, adventure, and fun. This new luxury real estate development is located twenty minutes outside of Park City, Utah.
The first phase of Waholi is 25 parcels of land that range from .76 to 6.64 acres. There will be a total of 434 residences in this golf community; 131 ranchettes and estate lots and 303 semi-custom residences. The semi-custom residences are located in two villages and consist of twin and townhomes, penthouses, golf cabins, cottages, and condos. The question about Wohali is will it be a combination of the best aspects of the luxury golf course communities or will it be something completely new and unique?

PARK CITY GOLFING COMMUNITIES WITH SKIING ACCESS
The membership aspect of Victory Ranch, Tuhaye, Red Ledges, Promontory allow owners to have the best of both worlds by having a ski aspect to them as well. The Canyons Village is on a golf course and the only option for Ski/Golf-in-Ski/Golf-out.
Tuhaye has the best ski amenities with Talisker at the Deer Valley resort but they don't have access to multiple resorts like Promontory does. Promontory has access at both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort.

WHAT GOLF COURSE COMMUNITIES IN PARK CITY ALLOW FOR NIGHTLY OR SHORT-TERM RENTALS?
Answer: Promontory allows for short-term rentals to club members to help generate income. Tuhaye is currently working on a program for members who are building in the community. Glenwild and Victory Ranch do not allow for short-term rentals. Park Meadows is centrally located but very limited on properties that qualify for nightly rentals. The Canyons Village is comprised mostly of condos and townhomes but there is a public golf course located within The Canyons.
Possibly the best way to approach golf properties that you can rent would be to buy a ski property in Empire Pass that allows for nightly rentals and use the Talisker Club Membership to golf and use the amenities at Tuhaye.

I believe the Tuhaye golf course, located in the Jordanelle Reservoir area, is set to see the most growth and the highest appreciation over the next few years.
