The development has spectacular views of the Park City ski resorts to the southwest of the Uinta Mountains to the east. RED LEDGES REAL ESTATE
Red Ledges homes for sale are in a 2,000-acre gated golf course luxury community in Heber City, Utah. The master plan calls for nearly 1,200 homes and a recreational community. Out of the 1,200 homes, there'll only be 400 golf memberships, so some owners don't have golfing rights. But they can still have a social membership.

Tuhaye's master plan is around an 18-hole golf course designed by Mark O'Meara and the expansive views of the Timpanogos Mountains.

WOHALI GOLF DEVELOPMENT, UTAH

Wohali offers the newest golf course community in the Park City area. With great adventure and endless outdoor possibilities, the neighborhood sits on 5,417 acres, primarily focused on golf, experience, and fun twenty minutes outside Park City, Utah.
The first phase of Wohali is 25 parcels ranging from .76 to 6.64 acres. There will be 434 residences in this golf community: 131 ranchettes and estate lots and 303 semi-custom residences. The semi-custom homes are in two villages and consist of twin townhomes, penthouses, golf cabins, cottages, and condos. The question about Wohali is whether it will combine the best aspects of the luxury golf course communities or be something completely new and unique.

Promontory offers a unique opportunity to own a large acreage parcel in the eastern hills and inside their gates. Ten lots, sold with a golf membership, that range from thirty to forty-five acres. Lots allow for a guest house and have five-acre building envelopes.

Park City Golfing Communities With Skiing access
The membership aspect of Victory Ranch, Tuhaye, Red Ledges, and Promontory allow owners to have the best of both worlds by having a ski aspect to them as well. Additionally, Canyons Village is on a golf course and the only option for Ski/Golf-in-Ski/Golf-out.
Tuhaye has the best ski amenities with Talisker at the Deer Valley Resort, but they don't have access to multiple resorts like Promontory does. Promontory has access to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort.

What Golf Course Communities in Park City Allow for Nightly or Short-Term Rentals?
ANSWER: Promontory allows for short-term rentals to club members to help generate income. Tuhaye has a rental program for members that works incredibly well for the owners' program for members building in the community.
Glenwild and Victory Ranch do not allow for short-term rentals. Park Meadows is centrally located but very limited on properties that qualify for nightly rentals. The Canyons Village comprises condos and townhomes, and it is a public golf course situated within The Canyons.
The best way to approach golf properties you can rent would be to buy a ski property in Empire Pass that allows for nightly rentals, use the Talisker Club Membership to golf, and use the amenities at Tuhaye.
